Cooling Cassettes for Walsall Manor Hospital
ProjectTo design, supply and install air conditioning and ventilation provisions for a new High Dependency Unit located on the second floor of the hospital complex.
Solution
To maximise cool air distribution throughout and to facilitate the introduction of outside air, the cooling cassettes units were selected as being the most effective solution for this application.
Outside air was tempered and filtered before being introduced into the ward, via the cassette units, thereby ensuring that air conditioning and ventilation provisions worked together.
